Bio-Optronics Hosts the First Annual Clinical Conductor CORE Conference

Rochester, NY – October 16, 2017 – Bio-Optronics hosted the first annual Clinical Conductor CORE Conference from September 19th through the 21st in Rochester, NY. Clinical Conductor CTMS users from around the country gathered to share stories, learn best practices and make lasting connections.

The idea for the first CORE Conference came from Clinical Conductor customers. “We had been hearing from our users that they were looking for a way to meet other Clinical Conductor users to create a community of learning. Our team thought it was a great idea; it would give us a way to hear feedback about our company and our product in the most direct way possible,” said Kate Yawman, Product Line Manager for Clinical Conductor.

70 attendees from a variety of research organizations from around the country participated in a two-day conference at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa in Rochester, NY. Session topics focused on upcoming features in Clinical Conductor, integrations with partner organizations, and most importantly, breakout sessions focused on user feedback.

“We always want to hear from our users and learn how we can keep improving our product and our company to match the trends and needs in the clinical trial industry,” said Vice President of Clinical Research Solutions Steve Bailey. “It means the world to us to have our users from all over the country attend the first year of our CORE Conference and be excited about all of the sessions and the training we provided! Bio-Optronics strives to improve our products every day and by having our users give us their honest feedback, we can continue to provide a product that helps clinical research organizations run the world’s best research.”

Conference attendees enjoyed the variety of sessions, the amount of interaction amongst other users, and the ability to have one on one time with members of the Clinical Conductor team. Plans are already being made for the 2018 Clinical Conductor CORE Conference, with 100% of attendees willing to return for 2018.
