The Position:

The Application Specialist is the subject matter expert within the Clinical Research Systems division that specializes in understanding new client business processes and mapping those processes to workflows within the application. This role has responsibility for developing and delivering customized training that meets the client’s needs and expectations. Supports the Sales organization by assisting with technical questions and use cases and providing advanced technical demonstrations for prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work with new clients to fully understand their current business processes and workflows

The Brand/Event Specialist will serve as the face and voice of our organization in order to build brand recognition by successfully communicating, engaging, and building relationships to increase brand awareness and generate new sales.  This will be accomplished by executing training and development of team members through ongoing feedback and establishment of performance expectations for all event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

The Position:

The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for analyzing problem report escalations from customer service in order to properly classify issues as data or application issues. Your primary role will be to leverage Bio-Optronics customer experience to participate in the design of enhancements to existing applications or new applications.

The Position:

As our DevOps Engineer, you will work with developers to design, develop and maintain software required to meet Bio-Optronics business objectives. You will also be working with IT to manage and maintain IaaS environments.

In a typical day, the DevOps Engineer will work with multiple development teams to help ensure production stability and scalability of their software. You will be building tools to help teams get their code to production more efficiently, and ensure all software is monitored for stability.

The Position:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves a critical role in the sales lifecycle, serving as the foundation for pipeline growth and the backbone of the Sales Account Executives. The SDR will directly contribute to the sales and overall growth of an industry leading healthcare information technology company.

The primary objective of this position is to increase the number of sales opportunities through outbound communication to potential prospects (new and existing customers). The SDR will work closely with sales prospects to qualify marketing leads and set-up and coordinate demonstrations for the Sales Account Executives. The Position:

The primary purpose of this position is to drive revenue growth. The Sr. Sales Executive will engage personally in the sales cycle: including forging relationships with customers, executing customer relationship management strategies, developing opportunity plans by assessing each potential customer’s position and needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations, authoring proposals, negotiating terms, executing contracts and closing orders. This role will leverage his/her existing network of customers and develop new prospects among government agencies, medical device manufacturers, hospitals and other target segments, using various sales generation techniques. He/she will establish a database of leads to be qualified and move through the funnel. He/she will proficiently and convincingly manage sales opportunities through to order close, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
