+- Account Executive

The Position

The Account Executive for the Biopoint team serves a critical role within the organization, serving to achieve growth of the customer base in current and new marketplaces. The Account Executive will directly contribute to the sales and overall growth of an industry-leading healthcare information technology company.

The primary objective of this position is to identify and drive sales opportunities through the sales cycle, ultimately to close, focusing on the company’s Biopoint product line of patient safety and workflow solution within the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

The Account Executive will identify sales opportunities, work in conjunction with marketing to create sales campaigns and work closely with Application Specialists to complete software demonstrations both in person and via web-conference. The Account Executive will become an expert on our patient safety and workflow applications and be responsible to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for driven, sales minded, individuals who want to be able to see the direct result of their efforts. The position reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Drive revenue growth for the Biopoint business group in the allocated sales territory, specifially the VA, DoD, and IHS
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations both online and on-site
  • Generate sales proposals, execute contracts, and close orders
  • Execute sales plans and initiatives
  • Forge relationships with prospects and customers
  • Execute customer relationship management strategies
  • Develop opportunity plans by assessing each potential customer’s position and needs
  • Network with VA and private sector stakeholders at all levels
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events
  • Understand sales process within the VHA
  • Work with Application Specialist to close sales
  • Provide roadmap input to the PLM based on customer needs and market trends
  • Work with marketing to generate sales/marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Application Specialist to complete RFIs

Requirements

+- Application Specialist

The Position:

Subject matter expert within the Clinical Research Systems division that specializes in understanding new client business processes and mapping those processes to workflows within the application. Responsible for developing and delivering customized training that meets the client’s needs and expectations. Supports the sales organization by assisting with technical questions and use cases and providing advanced technical demonstrations for prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with new clients to fully understand their current business processes and workflows
  • Map current state workflows into future state application workflows using process flow charting
  • Provide consulting services to stakeholders on process enhancements and improvements
  • Develop customized training plans and end-user training documentation for new client deployments
  • Professionally deliver new client training (onsite and remote)
  • Assist in the completion of technical RFP questions
  • Provide technical demonstrations of the application for prospective clients
  • Maintain and update demonstration scripts and instances

The Position:

+- Market Development Representative

The Position:

The Market Development Representative (MDR) serves a critical role in the sales lifecycle, serving as the foundation for pipeline growth and the backbone of the Sales Account Executives. The MDR will directly contribute to the sales and overall growth of an industry-leading healthcare information technology company.

The primary objective of this position is to increase the number of sales opportunities through outbound communication to potential prospects, focusing on the company’s Resource Scheduling Systems line of automated scheduling applications. The MDR will work closely with sales prospects to set-up and coordinate demonstrations for the Sales Account Executives. The MDR will manage a high volume of outbound communications daily, primarily to new prospects. The MDR will quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of a sales opportunity and then set-up product demonstration appointments for the Sales Account Executive. The MDR will become an expert on our scheduling applications and be responsible to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

The Senior Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving assigned account objectives, proactively monitoring account satisfaction, and ensuring the clients effective usage of the company’s solutions. The Senior Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. +- Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester

The Position

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be involved from the ground up on building and maintaining requirement driven test scenarios, cases, and plans to ensure quality software releases. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the QA team to improve the overall all internal quality system and assisting in internal/external quality audits. You will work integrally with product line management, project managers, support, and developers to ensure a quality driven product for one of the nation’s leading Clinical Trial Management Software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, use cases, scripts and procedures
  • Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
  • Assist in CRM/File Share administration
  • Ensure full lifecycle testing including; integration, regression, and stress tests
