The Position:

Subject matter expert within the Clinical Research Systems division that specializes in understanding new client business processes and mapping those processes to workflows within the application. Responsible for developing and delivering customized training that meets the client’s needs and expectations. Supports the sales organization by assisting with technical questions and use cases and providing advanced technical demonstrations for prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with new clients to fully understand their current business processes and workflows

The Position:

A Customer Support Engineer is an integral, customer facing, member of the Bio-Optronics team. The Customer Support Engineer will be an application configuration, troubleshooting, technical software deployment and database expert with the Biopoint product line. Responsible for providing rapid service to customers that require elevated levels of customer support as well as working closely with the Services Manager during new customer deployment projects, the Customer Support Engineer plays a vital role in the overall customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed customer services pertaining to technical issue resolution, clinical issue resolution, database management and troubleshooting
  • Support the Service Manager during new customer deployments and upgrades, including:
    • Application configuration

+- Market Development Representative

The Position:

The Market Development Representative (MDR) serves a critical role in the sales lifecycle, serving as the foundation for pipeline growth and the backbone of the Sales Account Executives. The MDR will directly contribute to the sales and overall growth of an industry-leading healthcare information technology company.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be involved from the ground up on building and maintaining requirement driven test scenarios, cases, and plans to ensure quality software releases. The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to drive revenue growth, focusing on the company’s Resource Scheduling Systems Division specializing in automated scheduling applications. The Sales Account Executive will engage personally in the sales cycle: including forging relationships with customers, executing customer relationship management strategies, developing opportunity plans by assessing each potential customer’s position and needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations, authoring proposals, negotiating terms, executing contracts and closing orders.The Account Executive will leverage his/her existing network of customers and develop new prospects among government agencies, medical device manufacturers, hospitals and other target segments, using various sales generation techniques. Technical Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development and design, with emphasis on web-based applications
  • Significant web development experience with CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with a modern client-side framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • NET web application development background (C# and VB.NET)
  • Experience with wireframe design and graphic design tools.
  • Ability to write solid, cross-browser compatible HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Familiarity incorporating 3rd party components (such as Telerik controls) into UX designs

Other Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, New Media or equivalent

+- Software Deployment Specialist

The Position

As Software Deployment Specialist, the candidate will be intensively engaged with customers. Responsibilities will cover the different roles listed below with different weight based on his experience.

Customer Account Management

  • Ownership of post-sale relationship with the customer
  • Get acquainted with and manage key decision-makers and users
  • As a customer deployment project manager, plan and lead system deployments alongside with customer’s project team
  • Ensure understanding of customer’s critical business objectives
  • Investigate, interview and gather information regarding customer’s workflows and configure the software according to their needs using all the tools available

Technical Support

  • Provide application consulting
  • Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and effective usage of company’s solutions. Customize and deliver preliminary and ongoing training to users
  • Become a trusted “member” of the customer’s team to further develop the joint interests of the company and customer
  • Ensure customer derives maximum value from the application and their relationship with Bio-Optronics
  • Handle support calls from assigned customers in support of the Customer Support team
  • Consult with the customer, bringing industry knowledge and best practices to their advantage in improving scheduling efficiency
  • Use company’s CRM system to properly document and track all customer interaction

Technical Sales Support

  • Support the company’s sales professionals to close deals
  • Deliver compelling, high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations throughout the prospect/customer decision-making process
  • Use established relationships with existing customers, and consultative selling skills, to propose additional value, including expanded use of existing solutions or adaptations and derivatives
  • Contribute to written responses to RFIs and RFPs, expressing company’s solution value competitively and compatible with the project context
  • Represent company at assigned industry meetings and trade organizations.

Product Project Management

  • Participate in documenting system requirements for new features, derivatives or interfaces
  • Monitor market drivers to suggest adaptations of company’s solutions for improved competitiveness
  • Interface with Development to assess the feasibility of adaptations, derivatives or external interfaces of existing solutions to address new categories of customer need
